Christine joined the Retail Association of Maine in February of 2015 and was promoted to executive director of the Maine Grocers and Food Producers Association in 2017. Christine oversees MGFPA and their nearly 200 independent and chain grocery store owners, food producers and suppliers to the industry. She is a registered lobbyist with experience in labor, environmental, taxation and business regulation issues. Christine has completed her first year at the U.S Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) towards her CAE designation.

Her background includes both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer marketing. Previously employed at The VIA Agency, Acorn Footwear and Johnny's Selected Seeds, she brings a variety of experience to our team including public relations efforts, media buys, print and social media, graphic design, and sales assistance.

Christine received the 2018 New England Society of Association Executives Rising Star Award and has recently been nominated to the Food Industry Association Executives Board of Directors. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono.

Christine grew up working at her father's convenience store business, admires the hard work and dedication of business owners and their employees and uses her real-life experience in her day-to-day membership management and lobby work.
